WARRANTY POLICY

The Therma-Tek Commercial Cooking Equipment Company stands by the quality and craftmanship of its products. Our branded products are covered by a two (2)-year warranty for parts and labor, and our line of Convection Ovens and Fryers are covered by a one (1)-year warranty for parts and labor with the following limitations:
Equipment must be properly installed as per our product installation guidelines
Maintained in accordance with national and local codes
Hasn't been altered or tampered with by non-authorized service dealers
Destined for commercial use only
Full warranty benefits apply only if product was properly registered with Therma-tek within 30 days of installation (Warranty Registration Form)
This warranty does not apply to equipment improperly installed, installed in residential or food truck setting, provided improper or insufficient maintenance, altered, abused, or misused equipment, modified by unqualified or unauthorized service agents, missing or having altered serial name plates, and normal wear and tear through regular use.
Proper installation of the equipment is responsibility of the dealer, owner or installing contractor and is not covered under this warranty. Installation includes, but is not limited to air shutter adjustments, calibration, levelling, tightening of fasteners, utility connection, electrical wiring, proper size gas lines, proper voltage, proper gas type and pressure, proper ventilation, etc.
Warranty is effective for 2 years from the installation date provided the product has less than 30 months from manufacturing date during the warranty period. Upon reaching 30 months from manufacturing date the warranty is considered expired.
Claims for damaged merchandise, missing parts, or delivery errors must be reported within 30 days of shipping date. No claims will be accepted if submitted after the 30-day window.
Therma-tek agrees to repair or replace defective parts (shipping costs will apply) due to flaws in material or manufacturing during the warranty period. Labor required to repair or replace defective parts will be covered only when performed by an authorized Therma-tek service agent.
Labor charges do not cover work requiring travel over 25 miles, during a holiday, or incurring in overtime.
RETURN POLICY
Prior written authorization by Therma-tek is required in order to return a product. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and the cost of reconditioning. Returned merchandise must be shipped freight pre-paid.
Custom units built to buyers’ specifications cannot be returned or cancelled.
